Monday: Pork Roast w/ potatoes and carrots
Tuesday: Fend for yourself night (leftovers, soup, cereal, or whatever the kids can find when they arrive home from their various activities. (Also allows Dad a night off)
Wednesday: Fish and Fries.
Thursday: Fend for yourselves. (With 2 teenage boys... they like the freedom to create their own meals)
Friday: Date Nite!!! Pizza!
Saturday: Jake's Birthday... Lasagna and garlic bread
Sunday: Pulled pork sandwhiches and chips.
2 fend for yourself nights each week? Sure cuts down on the planning, shopping and cooking!
