Works for Me Wednesday

I found that when I was cutting up ingredients for one of my Crockpot meals, that if the chicken is half thawed then it is super easy to cut.

In other words, if you are using frozen chicken, start to thaw it, takes about 1-2 hours depending on how thick the meat is to still have ice crystals but not thawed all the way. this makes the chicken still firm and easy to cut without being slippery sliding all over the place!
