One goal I have this year is to continue to meal plan every week. I find that this keeps my shopping under control and takes a bite (pun intended J) out of the stress of life! If I know what’s for dinner, that’s one less thing I have to think about:
On the menu this week we have:
Breakfasts are usually just me and Jake, my youngest. I usually fix an “egg sandwich.” This is 2 pieces of toast, an egg scrambled in the microwave, a piece of ham lunchmeat and a piece of cheese. Quick, easy and out the door!
I usually brown bag it to work with leftovers, salads or Lean Cusine meals. Jake eats at school with the school lunch program and Joe eats a piece of fruit or a quick sandwich.
Monday: CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND CHIPS
Tuesday: FEND FOR YOUR SELF
Wednesday: BREAKFAST BURRITIOS
Thursday: FEND FOR YOUR SELF
Friday: DATE NIGHT-- PIZZA!
Saturday: GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES AND TOMATO SOUP
Sunday: TERIAKI CHICKEN AND RICE
