Spring is defiantly here! I think I am going to ride my bike to work this week! So Joe will make easier dinners cause my arrival time is a bit later than normal.
Usually we have an “egg sandwich.” This is 2 pieces of toast, an egg scrambled in the microwave, a piece of ham lunchmeat and a piece of cheese. Quick, easy and out the door! If not a sandwich, a quick bowl of cereal or cup of yogurt.
I usually brown bag it to work with leftovers, salads or Lean Cuisine meals. Jake eats at school with the school lunch program and Joe eats a piece of fruit or a quick sandwich.
Monday: Chicken Salad and vegies
Tuesday: Fend for yourself!
Wednesday: Hot Dogs
Thursday: Fend for yourself!
Friday: DATE NIGHT PIZZA!
Saturday: Soup and Sandwiches
Sunday: Sirloin steak, and fixin's (Happy Mothers Day!)
