Do you want to keep your skin looking and feeling great in the hot weather? You need to "feed it."
While foods don't cause acne, a vitamin rich diet sure can help your skin to be healthier.
You can find vitamin rich foods in carrots, leafy greens (vitamin A) nuts, (vitamin E) beans, whole grains (vitamin B).
Try a salad with kale, leeks, and mustard greens topped with carrots, and sunflower seeds a great way to get all these vitamins.
I try to eat a salad everyday and I also use coconut oil on my skin and hair at night as a moisturizer.
Works for me!
